Our health and wellness programs support your journey through a wide range of offerings—from group exercise and personal training to nutrition support, wellness coaching, and more—all designed to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Group Exercise

From low-impact workouts and fun cardio to strength training, indoor cycling, and yoga, the Y offers a variety of classes to support your health and wellness goals. Group classes are a great way to connect with others and build community. Best of all, your membership includes unlimited access—try them all and find what fits you best!

Fitness Floor

Our fitness floor is equipped with state-of-the-art machines and amenities designed to meet the needs of all members. The covered patio offers additional space for cross training, and our friendly fitness staff is here to support you every step of the way. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, you’ll find everything you need in this modern, versatile facility.

Personal Training

Y personal trainers are certified professionals who work with you to create a personalized fitness routine that fits your goals and lifestyle. With expertise in a range of training styles, they offer both one-on-one and partner (2-on-1) sessions to help you stay motivated and see results.

Small Group Training

Our Small Group Training (SGT) program offers a more personalized fitness experience with a maximum of 8 participants per coach. This intimate setting allows your coach to tailor each workout to your individual fitness level, experience, and goals—giving you the guidance and support you need in a motivating group environment.

Nutrition

At the Y, we care about your whole health—mind, body, and spirit. We understand that what you put into your body is just as important as how you move it. That’s why we offer support from a registered dietitian to help make it easier for you to maintain a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.

Youth Fitness

We offer a variety of youth fitness programs throughout the year. 

The Speed & Agility program helps athletes improve warm-up techniques, body control, and stability.

In Teen Free-Weight Training program, teens learn safe use of free-weight equipment with guidance from a trainer.

The annual Turkey Trot is a fun, family-friendly event featuring a Kids Dash for ages 3–7 and a main trot for participants 8 and up.

We offer a variety of group exercise classes for ages 10–14, including yoga, Pilates, boxing, and cycling.

Designed with home-schooled students in mind, Gym & Swim includes PE games, land and water exercises, water safety, and free swim time.

Age Guidelines

Fitness Floor

Ages 9 and under:

  • Not permitted in the fitness center

Ages 10-11 (Green wristband needed from front desk):

  • May only use cardio machines (no weighted machines or free weights or outdoor patio)
  • Must be accompanied by parent/guardian

Age 12-14 (Blue wristband needed from front desk):

  • May use cardio machines or selectorize machines (no free weights or outdoor patio)
  • 12-year-olds must be accompanied by parent/guardian

Ages 15+:

  • May use all equipment in the fitness center and outdoor patio

Group Exercise Classes

Ages 9 and under:

  • Not permitted in the group ex studios/classes

Ages 10-14:

  • 10–12-year-olds must be accompanied by parent/guardian*
  • Permitted to join any class that does not use resistance training equipment (i.e., free-weights, resistance bands)

Ages 15+:

  • Permitted to join any class

*Age restrictions for each class are configured within the registration settings on the website.
