Turkey Trot & Kids Dash

A HUGE thank you to everyone who joined us for our 4th Annual Turkey Trot 5K!

We were thrilled to welcome 159 participants who registered for the 5K or our Kids Dash! The great weather made the day even more special, and it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces getting active with friends and family before diving into a well-deserved Thanksgiving feast.

We are so grateful to everyone who kicked off their Thanksgiving morning with us at the YMCA!

Senior Wellness Expo

Healthy Kids Day

What a blast we had at last Saturday's Healthy Kids Day family event! With close to 200 kids in attendance, the day was filled with laughter, creativity, and boundless energy. From engaging crafts to exciting games, there was never a dull moment as families soaked up the sunshine and shared in the joy of wholesome activities.
