PHASE II CAPITAL CAMPAIGN

WE BROKE GROUND!

On Friday, May 9, we celebrated the official groundbreaking of Phase 2 of the Foothills Area YMCA Cottingham Campus!

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came out to mark this special moment—and to the many community partners, donors, members, volunteers, and staff who continue to make our growth possible.

Phase 2 will allow us to expand our programs, serve more families, and continue building a stronger, healthier community together.

Although we've reached our $3M goal and officially concluded the Capital Campaign, we encourage those who haven’t yet donated or who are inspired to contribute further to consider giving. With the rising costs of building materials, any additional funds will help offset these increased expenses in the construction of our new facility, which is estimated to cost  $15,000,000. 

We are truly grateful for the incredible support we’ve received so far and look forward to continuing to serve our members and community in the future. Thank you for being a part of this journey!

Projected Timeline:

Groundbreaking took place on May 9, 2025. Construction is projected to be completed within 12-14 months.
