Better yourself and your golf game at the same time! The YMCA Golf Training Program is a 10-week program, open to men and women who are looking to improve their swing speed for increased yardage and overall fitness. The program is led by two collegiate golfers, Sydney Lia and Thomas Nielson, both with an education in Exercise Science and passion for golf fitness.
This program will have a balanced approach, improving your stability, overall strength, and rotational power. Results from this program may include better hip rotation, improved weight transfer, increased yardage, and more consistency in your golf swing.
