Nutrition Counseling Package

1-month Individual Nutrition Counseling

Work with our dietitian to create an eating plan that’s personalized to your needs. Lauren’s expertise is in disease management and health promotion. If you need to adjust your diet to improve specific medical conditions or prefer a more individualized approach to weight loss, this counseling package is right for you. Together, you will create an individualized nutrition plan, discuss how to manage your chronic disease or illness, and achieve your personal health goals.

  • 1 hour nutrition assessment/counseling visit
  • 2, 30-minute follow-ups
  • Access to Well Fueled online program
  • 4-weeks of individualized nutrition counseling
  • Additional 4-weeks of support through Well Fueled online program
