Walhalla Pool Rentals
All rentals include the following (2-hour limit):
- Access to the pool for preparation 30 min prior to guest arrival
- Trash receptacle for clean up
- An electronic copy of a birthday party invitation you may use
You provide:
- Food, beverages, and tableware
- Decorations
- Adult supervision (see rules & regulations)
- Any other party supplies
Fees:
- Y-members: $200
- Non-members: $250
To receive Y member pricing, the renting member or the guest of honor must have an active Foothills Area YMCA membership.
Days and Times:
- Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 5:30pm-7:30 pm
Rules and Regulations:
- Rentals should be booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
- Activity shall not extend beyond hours approved (2 hours maximum – not including 30 minutes of set up before).
- Pool area shall be left as found.
- YMCA requires you to provide adult supervision for children. For every 3 children, ages 5 and under, you must provide 1 adult. For every 5 children, ages 6 and older, you must provide 1 adult.
- For pool parties, all children must take the swim test or wear a lifejacket if they do not wish to take the swim test or fail the swim test. Inflatable pool toys/flotation devices are not permitted.
- The maximum number of people for a rental is 50
- There will be an extra charge of $25 if the party exceeds 50 people with a maximum of 75 people.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool and must be kept at designated party tables.
- All guests are required to bring/wear proper swim attire.
- The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- No drugs or drinking of alcoholic beverages are permitted.
