COVID-19 Health & Safety Guidelines

To keep both our members and staff safe we will be following strict guidelines from the CDC as well as state and local authorities. The below guidelines outline the measures we have taken to ensure the safety of everyone who comes through our doors.

  • Masks are recommended for members entering and exiting the facility, as well as in common places such as hallways and locker rooms.
  • Members must maintain a minimum of 6 feet distance from one another.
  • We have resumed normal branch hours (posted here).

  • All staff and members will have their temperature taken upon entering the facility each day.

  • Staff will be wearing personal protective masks (and gloves when necessary).

  • Staff members will be cleaning as members move from machine to machine.

  • Members must wash hands before and after working out with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

  • Members must use the provided disinfecting wipes on each machine before and after use to assist us in ensuring a clean environment.

  • Signage has been added throughout the building to encourage social distance, handwashing and reminding members to disinfect equipment.

  • We will monitor the total number of members in the facility, fitness center, and pool to ensure that we do not exceed more than 5 members for every 1,000 square feet.

  • Time will be limited to a maximum of 30 minutes on all cardio machines.

  • Every other cardio machine will be turned off to maintain social distancing. Machines will be deep cleaned and cycled daily.

  • Group exercise programs will have attendance capped at safe levels to maintain social distancing. Reservation system has been added to our website to ensure that classes are capped at appropriate numbers to ensure social distancing.

  • No more than two lap swimmers per lap lane and lap workouts should be kept to 45 minutes or less.

  • Locker Rooms and showers are available.

  • Childwatch will open with a maximum of 12 kids in the childwatch room.

  • Coffee will not be available.

We will evaluate these guidelines regularly and communicate any changes through our website, email, and social media platforms. We cannot wait to see our members in our facility again, and we know many of you cannot either.
