Reopening Guidelines

Reopening Guidelines

We are excited to begin reopening our facility on Monday, May 18! To keep both our members and staff safe we will be following strict guidelines from the CDC and state authorities. Upon reopening, we will begin reopening our branch in phases, and will gradually get back to our new normal. Our facility will adhere to the following guidelines below during Phase 1.

Phase III Changes In Our Facility (updated 8/2/20):

  • Members must maintain a minimum of 6 feet distance from one another

  • We have resumed normal branch hours.

  • All staff and members will have their temperature taken upon entering the facility each day.

  • Staff will be wearing personal protective equipment (masks and gloves).

  • Staff members will be cleaning as members move from machine to machine.

  • Members must wash hands before and after working out with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

  • Members must use the provided disinfecting wipes on each machine before and after use to assist us in ensuring a clean environment.

  • Signage has been added throughout the building to encourage social distance, hand-washing and remind members to disinfect equipment.

  • We will monitor the total number of members in the facility, fitness center, and pool to ensure that we do not exceed more than 5 members for every 1,000 square feet.

  • Time will be limited to a maximum of 30 minutes on all cardio machines.

  • Every other cardio machine will be turned off to maintain social distancing. Machines will be deep cleaned and cycled daily.

  • Group exercise programs will have attendance capped at safe levels to maintain social distancing.

  • No more than two lap swimmers per lap lane and lap workouts should be kept to 45 minutes or less.

  • Locker Rooms and showers are available.

  • Childwatch will open with a maximum of 12 kids in the childwatch room.

  • Coffee will not be available.

We will evaluate these guidelines regularly and communicate any changes through our website, email, and social media platforms. We cannot wait to see our members in our facility again, and we know many of you cannot either
