Friendship
At the Y, our sports programs help kids stay active, build healthy habits, and learn the value of teamwork and friendly competition. Guided by dedicated coaches and volunteers, children grow in a supportive environment where they can develop physically, socially, and mentally—while connecting with positive role models and reaching their full potential.

Soccer
Our YMCA soccer program is a developmental league designed to meet each player at their skill level and help them grow. Whether they’re starting at age 4 or 12, our supportive coaches ensure every athlete learns the game, builds confidence, and has fun along the way. We typically offer soccer leagues in the spring and fall, as well as clinics in the summer.

T-Ball
The YMCA’s T-ball program is a developmental league created for our youngest athletes, ages 4–7. With guidance from caring coaches, players learn the fundamentals of hitting from a tee, fielding, and catching—building the skills and confidence they need to progress to coach pitch, travel baseball, or softball. We typically offer t-ball leagues in the spring and fall, as well as clinics in the summer.

Swimming
The YMCA offers a variety of aquatics programs designed to meet the needs of all ages and skill levels. From beginner swim lessons that focus on safety and confidence in the water to our competitive swim team for more advanced swimmers, there’s something for everyone. Please refer to our Aquatics or Program page for more information.
