For new players from the Y interested in learning to play American Mahjong .

This will be a demonstration/teaching only class.

It will run for two consecutive weeks, for two hours maximum each week.

Two sessions available.

September 16th & 23rd 12-2pm

October 2nd &9th 12-2pm

The first session would cover the games pieces, game format, rules of the game and how to use the AML card.

The second week would consist of review from the previous week, teaching “the Charleston” and then a practice session.

Once the two weeks are complete, participants would be encouraged to continue playing on their own.
