- Overview: This beginner-friendly course is designed to build confidence and comfort on a stationary bike in a supportive, relaxed environment. Over the four weeks, participants will:
- Learn to set up a Keiser bike for optimal performance.
- Gradually increase saddle time for improved endurance.
- Practice proper foot stroke, sitting, and standing positions.
- Understand common cycling terms and profiles used by instructors.
- Explore exercise metrics to track progress.
- Recommendation: Attendance at all sessions is encouraged as the curriculum builds progressively.
