  • Overview: This beginner-friendly course is designed to build confidence and comfort on a stationary bike in a supportive, relaxed environment. Over the four weeks, participants will:
    • Learn to set up a Keiser bike for optimal performance.
    • Gradually increase saddle time for improved endurance.
    • Practice proper foot stroke, sitting, and standing positions.
    • Understand common cycling terms and profiles used by instructors.
    • Explore exercise metrics to track progress.
  • Recommendation: Attendance at all sessions is encouraged as the curriculum builds progressively.
