Healthy Habits 8-Week Challenge

Every New Year brings the promise of change through resolutions, but they often fizzle out.

The Y offers support in achieving your goals with a FREE 8-week challenge, aiming to cultivate manageable, healthy routines. Whether aiming to lose weight, boost energy, or prevent chronic illnesses like diabetes and heart disease, fostering healthier habits is the key to success.

Each week, you’ll track healthy habits using our free tracker. Turn in your points every week to be eligible for our weekly drawings!

Here’s how to get started:

  • Register for the FREE #HealthyHabits Challenge
  • If you’re not a Foothills Area YMCA member, join today.
  • Download the #HealthyHabits tracker forms below or grab a printed copy at the front desk.
  • Keep an eye on your email for weekly challenges!
  • Submit your tracker form at the front desk by 7:00 pm on Monday evenings each week to qualify for prizes. Winners will be drawn from participants who submit points on Tuesday mornings!
  • The top 3 members with the highest points at the challenge’s conclusion, submitting tracking sheets for all 8 weeks, will receive $100, $50, and $25 in program credit, applicable to swim lessons, youth sports, personal training, and more. (Program credits can only be used for programs, not membership dues.)
