Cross Training program at the Y is a coach-taught, peer-supported approach to comprehensive strength training.  Workouts reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. Employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements, and intensity, can lead to dramatic gains in fitness. Regardless of experience, Cross Training is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect program for any committed individual looking for a challenge. Our coaches offer individual training, encouragement and support in a group setting that truly becomes a community. It is challenging, never boring, motivational, inspirational and builds a foundation for lifelong success.

We have partnered with Proverb Fitness to provide safe and effective workouts for members looking to do Cross Training. This will include barbell workouts and circuit training.

Self-guided workouts for $10/month (must register through December 2022):

Members will be added to a training app where Proverb Fitness will give them 5 workouts/week to complete. They will enter their weights/reps/time for all workouts into the app to track their progress and allow them to advance.
